Your data supports development and exposure. WBT may feature event highlights or top performers in recap content or social posts, but your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used in external ranking systems.

Bring all normal gear and attire used in a game or showcase setting. Athletes should wear clean uniforms or team apparel, while wearing turfs or cleats based on location of event.

All performance data, video, and related content are uploaded to your Player Portal within 5–7 business days of the event. A notification is sent when your content is ready. Bag-Tags ship within the same timeframe, with the goal of getting them to you sooner.

WBT does offer refunds, but if you do not communicate in advance, your registration automatically converts to a credit toward a future event. To ensure a refund, it’s important to notify WBT ahead of time. Credits can always be applied to another event if needed.
